Amy Howard

A proud Kentucky native, Amy Howard has lived all across the United States, but she believes East Tennessee is truly the best place to call home. Her journey to this area began with the construction of I-26—while working in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Amy and her late husband were transferred to Erwin to help complete the project. Her husband handled drilling and blasting on the Tennessee side, while Amy managed drilling, blasting, and pipelaying on the North Carolina side.

Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2015, Amy has specialized in residential real estate, with a passion for helping first-time homebuyers. Known for her honesty, dedication, and strong work ethic, she puts her clients first in every transaction and takes pride in helping them achieve their homeownership dreams across Northeast Tennessee.
