Dawson Jones

Meet Dawson Jones, our Property Manager and REALTOR® Dawson is the friendly face who leads the charge for all our rental and HOA management operations. Day-to-day, this means he’s steering the ship for our team, making sure our communities are guided with care and our renters have a wonderful experience. And because he’s passionate about helping people find their perfect spot in Northeast Tennessee, he also loves helping folks buy and sell homes on the side.

Dawson joined The Wilson Agency in 2021 with a clear mission: to treat every client like a friend. His background is pretty much tailor-made for the fast-paced, people-first world of property management. He’s a proud graduate of ETSU (Go Bucs!) with a degree in Media and Communication, so he’s a natural-born problem-solver and communicator.

Before this, he honed his skills in the wild world of food service. As it turns out, managing a full dining room on a Saturday night is the perfect training for managing multiple properties—both require endless patience, top-notch organization, and the invaluable skill of staying cool (and smiling) under pressure.

When he’s not helping clients or leading the team, Dawson’s passion for community and harmony continues. You can find him putting that media-trained voice to good use as an active and proud singer with the Appalachian Equality Chorus.
