Stephanie Robertson approaches real estate with a singular goal: to make the home-buying process as seamless and stress-free as possible. After experiencing a grueling three-month closing on her own home, Stephanie realized the vital need for an agent who can truly guide clients through the intensity of the transaction. She is passionate about educating buyers—especially first-time homeowners—and walking them through every step of the closing process with clarity and compassion.

She brings over 14 years of high-level client service experience to the table. She spent a decade in dermatology as a medical assistant, honing her attention to detail and patient care, followed by four years as a personal assistant, where organization was key. Additionally, she helped launch her husband’s successful electrical business, giving her a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on entrepreneurship and home systems.

When she isn’t scouting properties for her clients, Stephanie loves spending time outdoors hiking or training dogs. She is a proud mother of two and enjoys life in Jonesborough.
