Terry Shanks

Meet Terry Shanks, our incredible Maintenance Manager at The Wilson Agency! Terry has been with us for an amazing 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

With a BS in Computer Science and Business Management, Terry thrives on solving problems that pop up daily in apartments, condos, and houses. His extensive skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and access control make him truly one of a kind.

One of Terry’s proudest success stories?

He installed an automatic motor-driven door closer with access control — something even the manufacturer’s engineers weren’t sure how to do! Thanks to Terry, it works flawlessly. He’s also successfully managed elevator access control systems with variable schedules and keypad overrides.

When Terry isn’t keeping things running smoothly, he enjoys stained glass art, woodworking, cabinetry, and even built a teardrop camper from the ground up that he uses on camping trips. 

Fun fact: Terry has Scottish ancestry on both sides of his family!
